LBS doesn’t provide student accommodation on campus; however, there are a number of places available exclusively to our students at accommodation halls around London. Details of these halls and how to apply are provided once you have received an offer for the programme.

Probably not. The MiM is designed for students wanting to step into the workplace once they graduate.

After graduating from the MiM, you can apply for the MBA as long as you meet the entry requirements.

However, you will need to apply for the programme, as non-alumni do, and will not be exempt from any coursework covered on the MiM.

Students on the London Business School (LBS) MBA have an average of five years’ work experience.

No. This programme is not recommended if you already have a MiM or an MBA as some of the management material covered is likely to be a repeat.

Core courses include Applied Microeconomics, Data Analytics for Management, Decision and Risk Analysis, Finance, Financial Accounting, Marketing, Performing in Organisations, Strategic Analysis and The Global Macroeconomy.

This is a full-time programme and we do not advise students to work during their degree due to the difficulty of juggling study, job applications and School activities with a part-time job.

You must successfully complete a further three electives if you undertake the additional fourth term. They run in a range of formats, and as with electives during the programme, are taken with students from all programmes.

The Masters in Management is aimed at recent graduates who have graduated within the last two years, with a maximum of two years of postgraduate work experience. You should have the motivation and desire to build a strong foundation for a career in business and may come from a diverse academic and professional background. We will consider applicants who have broad work experience in non-traditional business roles such as engineering, science and arts.

The MiM builds skills suitable for recruitment into pre-experience roles and graduate schemes in industry, banks, consultancies and other large organisations.

Only work experience gained post-graduation is considered towards the two-year limit requirement. Internships taken during your studies do not count, even if you have completed several.

We accept strong undergraduate degrees in any subject area equivalent to a UK First or 2:1 or a GPA of 3.3 and above. You must complete your undergraduate degree prior to the start of the programme.

To apply to MiM, you must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent).

We accept both the GMAT and GRE. You must take one of these tests prior to submitting your application. For additional information, please visit the Apply Now page.

Practice the GMAT test with London Business School's GMAT simulator and prepare yourself for the test.

We take your highest score, but we don’t combine scores from different tests.

The School does not have any arrangements for students to transfer between its programmes or to/from a programme at another institution.

The MiM is specially designed for recent graduates - so you can join straight from your undergraduate studies. It’s also suitable for those who have completed an internship or have up to two years in the workplace.

Our preference is that you choose a current or previous employer who is able to provide insight into your character and abilities, please choose someone who knows you well. If you are unable to provide a current (or previous) employer e.g. if you work for a family business or an entrepreneur, then please select an academic referee who knows you well enough to comment on your character and abilities. 

You are only permitted to submit one reference, who must submit their reference via our online system. We do not accept pre-written letters of recommendation.

Yes, you’ll need to provide a certified translation. A soft copy is required at the application stage. If you are made an offer, you’ll need to provide a hard copy of both the English and original transcripts in person before the programme starts.

Answers over the word limit will not be considered by the Admissions Committee. We look for concise, informative answers within the word limit that demonstrate your potential for success on the programme.

If you have missed the final deadline, please get in touch with the Recruitment Team. We may still be accepting a few final applications. If so, they will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Only test score reports (e.g. GRE, TOEFL) and transcripts are accepted. Any other documents sent by post will not be accepted.

We do not provide feedback on unsuccessful applications. You may only apply once per academic year to the Masters in Management.

If you are an EEA, Swiss or non-EEA national, you may need a visa to study in the UK. If you are an Irish citizen, you don’t need a visa to study in the UK.

Tuition fees for the Masters in Management 2025 intake are £49,950.

Fees are exclusive of any programme related travel expenses. This gives you flexibility to tailor your student experience and associated costs. For example, the different Global Trips incur varying travel and accommodation costs depending on which location you choose.

In addition to the tuition fees, there is a Student Association Fee of £190 that covers the Student Association (SA) subscription, enabling students to participate in our vibrant community.

You will have the option to pay in two instalments before the end of Term 1. The first instalment deadline is September, and the second is December. You can also pay in full when you start the programme.
